Maggie Rozinsky specializes in helping K-12 schools implement and sustain safety solutions that align with their unique needs. As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at Raptor Technologies, Maggie works closely with districts to deliver tailored support, training, and strategies that enhance school safety and student wellbeing programs. Her hands-on approach ensures schools optimize their safety tools and achieve measurable results over time.
With over six years of experience managing client relationships and driving program success, Maggie is dedicated to empowering schools with the tools and guidance needed to build safer, stronger learning environments.
Rachael Freeman brings over two decades of experience in law enforcement and school safety to her role as Executive Director of Safety and Security for Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. A former police officer and investigator, she retired from law enforcement in 2019 after 20 years of service in Coppell, Texas, where she worked extensively in criminal investigations and as a School Resource Officer.
Rachael has since transitioned her expertise to K-12 safety, where she oversees emergency management, safety planning, and security operations for her district. She is passionate about implementing proactive, comprehensive safety strategies that protect students and staff while fostering a secure learning environment.
In addition to her leadership in school safety, Rachael serves as an adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan University, where she teaches courses on criminal and forensic procedures.
Luis Jaramillo has over 15 years of experience in public safety and school security. As the School Safety & Security Coordinator for Visalia Unified School District, he oversees district-wide safety initiatives, focusing on creating secure learning environments for students and staff.
Prior to this role, Luis served as Supervisor of Safety & Security for Tulare City School District and spent over a decade with the Tulare Police Department as a School Resource Officer and Crisis Negotiations Team member. He is an ALICE Certified Instructor and CPI Certified Instructor, with expertise in crisis response and preventative safety strategies.
Luis’s dedication to proactive safety measures and his experience in both law enforcement and education uniquely position him to support schools in strengthening their emergency preparedness and overall security.
