Will has been a part of the Raptor team since 2021 and has worked extensively on StudentSafe™. Prior to Raptor, Will spent a decade in Florida schools where he supervised the implementation of threat assessment models at the School District of Palm Beach County. He is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and has experience as a teacher, coach, and principal.
Dr. Allison Willemin earned her Doctor of Education in Professional Leadership, Inquiry, and Transformation from Concordia University. She also holds a Master of School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oakland University. Dr. Willemin has dedicated her career to children's education and remains a lifelong learner.
Her extensive experience spans various roles within school districts in North Carolina and Texas, and she currently serves as the Executive Director of School Safety, Operational Technology, and Student Services at Oxford Community Schools in Michigan. She holds numerous certifications across multiple educational disciplines.
A dedicated professional with fourteen years of law enforcement experience, including six years as a School Resource Officer (SRO) with the Port Huron Area School District, specializing in school safety and emergency management. Certified in CPTED and a NASRO Practitioner, Dennis developed the Active Assailant Response Training program and implemented the "I Love U Guys" reunification method, influencing adoption across St. Clair County. Dennis transitioned to the role of Supervisor of Safety and Security for Novi Community School District, where he pioneered several initiatives, including Medical Emergency Response Teams, threat assessment training, and co-founding the Oakland County School Safety Consortium. Most notably, Dennis was awarded the Raptor 2024 Visionary Award.
