Dr. Amy Grosso,
Expert in Residence

Amy Grosso holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Counselor Education from UNC Greensboro and has over 15 years of experience dedicated to student well-being. At Round Rock ISD, she founded the Behavioral Health Services Department, led a team of social workers, pioneered the district’s threat assessment process, and updated suicide prevention protocols for 46,000 students. Nationally, she serves on the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention’s National Chapter Leadership Council. Recognized for her expertise in mental health and crisis response, Dr. Grosso continues to champion safe, supportive environments for students and families.

Will Durgin,
Director Student Wellbeing

Will has been a part of the Raptor team since 2021 and has worked extensively on StudentSafe™. Prior to Raptor, Will spent a decade in Florida schools where he supervised the implementation of threat assessment models at the School District of Palm Beach County. He is a member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals and has experience as a teacher, coach, and principal.
