Debra Blossom serves as the manager for Visitor Management for Hillsborough County Public Schools, overseeing the district’s robust visitor management program which consists of over 67 thousand active volunteers. With over 20 years of visitor and volunteer management experience, she has a unique combination of expertise as a volunteer, a volunteer coordinator for faith-based and community organizations, PTA/PTSA board member, Executive Director of SERVE, Volunteers in Education (a non-profit organization), and as President of Florida Association of Partners in Education.

Kyle Garner, Director of Strategic Alliances, JDP

Kyle brings over a dozen years of solution engineering expertise, developing risk mitigation solutions for SMB and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise extends to managing robust HCM/ATS/HRIS integrations with industry giants like iCIMS, Oracle, and Ultimate Software.
