Students spend critical instructional time in your hallways due to unstructured student movement, inconsistent pass systems, and limited visibility across campus.
Over time, these gaps impact learning, school culture, and safety—contributing to increased behavior issues, unsupervised meetups, vaping, vandalism, and reduced readiness during emergencies.
In this webinar, Elizabeth Harris, M.Ed, from Energy Institute High School, Houston ISD (TX), will share how they are approaching student movement to protect learning time, strengthen safety and accountability, and reduce behavioral issues—without adding burden to staff.

Elizabeth Harris serves as the Dean of Instruction of Energy Institute High School in Houston ISD. She leads campus operations and supports faculty and staff to ensure a safe, innovative, and high-achieving learning environment. With a strong focus on instructional leadership and student success, Elizabeth is committed to fostering a collaborative school culture that empowers both educators and students to thrive.
