Chuck Wilson is the chair of the PASS Advisory Council as well as a co-founder. Wilson has over 40 years of experience in the communications, security, and life safety business, including 26 years with the National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA), where he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Paul Timm, PSP
School Security Expert & Author

Paul Timm is a board-certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) and is a nationally acclaimed expert in physical security. He is an experienced School Crisis Assistance Team volunteer through the National Organization for Victims Assistance (NOVA) and is a member of the Partner Alliance for Safer Schools (PASS) Advisory Council. He has also authored the book, “School Security: How to Build and Strengthen a School Safety Program.”
