About this Webinar

Join Pat Hamilton from The “I Love U Guys” Foundation and Katelyn Warnock from Raptor Technologies for a practical, no-nonsense conversation on what meaningful safety training really looks like in K–12 schools. Together, they break down how to design training that sticks, run emotionally responsible drills, integrate technology into daily practice, and use after-action insights to steadily improve readiness.

This session will help leaders move beyond “checking the box” and toward training that prepares staff and students for real-world situations.

Key Takeaways

  • Facilitating purpose-driven, no-drama drills that prioritize emotional safety while still building real readiness.
  • Integrating technology into drills and daily routines so staff are confident using it during real emergencies.
  • Using after-action reports to identify gaps, improve consistency, and strengthen district-wide readiness.
  • Building a continuous training program that strengthens confidence and consistency across all staff.
