Dr. Sean McDaniel,
Former Superintendent Oklahoma City Public Schools District, Founder, McDaniel Consulting Group, LLC

With nearly four decades in education and 22 years as a superintendent, Dr. McDaniel has led multiple districts in Oklahoma and Colorado, most recently Oklahoma City Public Schools. He was named Oklahoma Superintendent of the Year (2018) and a national finalist for Urban Superintendent of the Year (2021). Respected by peers across the country, Dr. McDaniel has served on the Oklahoma governor’s education advisory board, the state superintendent’s advisory council, and the board of the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association. He now supports education leaders nationwide through his consulting work.

Dr. Diana Greene,
Former Superintendent, Duval County Public Schools, CEO, Children's Literacy Initiative

With more than 35 years in public education, Dr. Greene has held leadership roles from principal to superintendent, most recently leading Duval County Public Schools—one of the nation’s largest districts. Under her leadership, Duval achieved record graduation rates, removed all schools from the state’s turnaround list, and reduced low-performing schools by over 50%. She was named Florida Superintendent of the Year in 2021 and Florida Star Superintendent of the Year in 2022. Dr. Greene also serves on several boards, including the A.L. Lewis Community Board and the University of North Florida College of Education Advisory Board. She now serves as CEO of Children’s Literacy Initiative, partnering with districts across the country to advance equity through literacy and educator support.

Melanie Harris,
Chief Information Officer, School District of Philadelphia

Melanie Harris has served as Chief Information Officer for the School District of Philadelphia since 2007, leading all aspects of technology delivery, training, and support for schools and administrative offices. She is a longtime advocate for expanding student access to digital learning and for equipping educators with the tools and data needed to drive achievement. During the pandemic, she led critical efforts to distribute over 100,000 Chromebooks, launched the PHLConnectEd program to provide free internet access to families, and outfitted all classrooms with hybrid learning technology. Her leadership continues to shape how one of the nation’s largest districts uses technology to support student success.
